Cantonese Sweet and Sour Sauce is very similar to the contemporary Western version. The major change is the addition of Worcestershire sauce.

Cooking steps

Raid the Fridge!

Find everything on your list in the refrigerator before the time runs out. If you don't recognize something, wait until the hint bar fills up and click it to see an image of the food.

Dice the Onion!

Trace the lines to slice. Then click the knife to dice up the Onion.

Slice the Green Bell Peppers!

Trace the lines to slice up the Green Bell Peppers.

Peel the Carrot!

Move the peeler from the top to the bottom to peel the Carrot.

Dice the Carrot!

Trace the lines to slice. Then click the knife to dice up the Carrot.

Double Coat!

First dip the food in egg, then roll it around the coating.

Juice the Lemon!

Trace the lines to juice the Lemon.

Cook Sweet and Sour Sauce!

Follow the scrolling instruction to make Sweet and Sour Sauce. When the bottom indicator is green, perform the correct action. Grab the slider to adjust the heat. Click the food or still spoon when indicated.

Fry the Chicken!

Grab the food and drop it into the wok. Don't remove the food too quickly! Turn the food twice. When it is golden brown, grab it and place it on the lower tray.

Cook Sweet and Sour Chicken!

Follow the scrolling instruction to make Sweet and Sour Chicken. When the bottom indicator is green, perform the correct action. Grab the slider to adjust the heat. Click the food or still spoon when indicated.
