Quiche is a classic example of French cuisine. Traditionally, French quiche does not contain any cheese. Today however, we will be making our quiche with spinach and cheese.

Cooking steps

Add the Ingredients!

Click and drag to add the ingredients into the red bowl. Add the ingredients in the correct order by using the visual clues.

Knead the Dough!

Trace the lines to knead the Dough.

Roll the Dough!

Move the mouse horizontally and vertically to roll out the dough. Try to make the recommended vertical and horizontal size.

Crack an Egg!

Gently crack the egg on the side of the bowl, then quickly position the egg above the bowl. Don't crack too hard or you'll make a mess!

Stir the Ingredients!

Trace the green lines to stir the ingredients together.

Slice the Tomato!

Trace the lines to slice up the Tomato.

Dice the Onion!

Trace the lines to slice. Then click the knife to dice up the Onion.

Saute the Food!

Add the garlic and onion at the same time. Keep moving the food around the pan so it doesn't burn. Click Done to finish cooking.

Grate the Colbyjack!

Drag the Colbyjack left and right against the grater. Click the grater when indicated to clean off the food buildup.

Add the Ingredients!

Click and drag to add the ingredients into the red bowl. Add the ingredients in the correct order by using the visual clues.

Stir the Ingredients!

Trace the green lines to stir the ingredients together.

Pour the Quiche!

Tilt to pour the Quiche. Don't pour too fast or you'll spill!

Bake Quiche!

Enter the correct baking temperature and press "On". Then press "Off" when the meter is in the dark green zone. Hit "Reset" if you enter the wrong temperature.
