The quesadilla originated in Mexico and is a favorite food in the American Southwest. Cheese, vegetables, chorizo sausage, mushrooms, chilis, and pumpkin flowers are the only a few of many possible quesadilla fillings.

Cooking steps

Grate the Monterey!
