Glutinous Rice or 'Sticky rice' is known as 'Kao Neaw' in Thailand. It was traditionally steamed in a bamboo pot.

Cooking steps

Peel the Mango!

Move the peeler from the top to the bottom to peel the Mango.

Slice the Mango!

Trace the lines to slice up the Mango.

Add Rice!

  • Move the slider up to dispense rice.
  • Drag the rice container into the pot.
  • Match the indicator line on the pot.

Wash Rice!

Fill the rice pot with water, wash the rice, then rinse it.

Steam the Rice!

Adjust the heat to get the food temperature in the green zone. The food cooks fastest when the temperature is right in the middle of the green zone.

Cook Mango Sauce!

Follow the scrolling instruction to make Mango Sauce. When the bottom indicator is green, perform the correct action. Grab the slider to adjust the heat. Click the food or still spoon when indicated.
