Namaste class! My name is Sandesh Singori, and I shall be instructing you in the preparation of India cuisine. I studied and worked as a chef in Bangladesh before opening my own restaurant here. The climate in India is very diverse, with areas of tropical vegetation not far from snow-capped mountains, giving India cuisine a broad of range ingredients contributing to its unique and exotic flavors. I am sure that we will all learn a lot, and perhaps have a bit of fun in the process.
