Falafels are a Middle Eastern food that can be served as an appetizer, a main dish, or inside a pita.

Cooking steps

Dice the Onion!

Trace the lines to slice. Then click the knife to dice up the Onion.

Dice the Garlic!

Click the knife to dice up the Garlic.

Fill with Water!

Click the faucet to fill the measuring cup. Fill the pot with water up to the indicator line.

Boil Chickpeas!

Maintain the water temperature by dragging the heat slider or clicking the stirring spoon. Add food to the pot if indicated. When the time elapses, make sure you're in the green zone for a rolling boil.

Strain the Chickpeas!

Tilt the pot to strain the Chickpeas. Don't tilt too fast or you'll spill.

Mash the Chickpeas!

Watch for the shadow. When you see the shadow click on it to mash the Chickpeas.

Add the Ingredients!

Click and drag to add the ingredients into the red bowl. Add the ingredients in the correct order by using the visual clues.

Stir the Ingredients!

Trace the green lines to stir the ingredients together.

Roll into Balls!

Grab the Falafels and then rotate to roll them into balls.

Deep Fry Falafels!

Grab the food and drop it into the pot. Don't remove the food too quickly! Wait for the food to turn golden brown, then grab it and place it on the lower tray.
