Pot pies are the modern descendants of medieval recipes that used "coffins" of dough to contain meats and absorb their juices while they cooked. Chicken is a typical filling for this savory pastry.

Cooking steps

Peel the Potato!

Drag the peeler from the top to the bottom to peel the Potato.

Dice the Potato!

Click the knife to dice up the Potato.

Peel the Carrot!

Drag the peeler from the top to the bottom to peel the Carrot.

Slice the Carrot!

Trace the lines to slice up the Carrot.

Spread the Butter!

Drag the butter and spread it across the entire pan.

Flip the Chicken!

Trace the pan handle up to flip the Chicken into the air. Watch for the shadow! Then drag the pan sideways to catch the falling Chicken.

Dice the Chicken!

Trace the lines to dice up the Chicken.

Roll the Dough!

Move the rolling pin up-and-down and side-to-side until the dough is the right size.

Make the Chicken Pot Pie!

Follow the directions to make the Chicken Pot Pie.

Bake the Chicken Pot Pie!

Press the correct baking temperature, then press "On". Press "Off" when the meter is in the green zone. Press "Reset" if you enter the wrong temperature.
