As with caramel apples, apple pies are best made with tart apple like Granny Smiths. Freshly baked apple pie is also well-accompanied with ice cream or whipped cream, though early recipes did not use sugar at all, due to the difficulty of obtaining sugarcane.

Cooking steps

Peel the Apple!

Move the peeler from the top to the bottom to peel the Apple.

Slice the Apple!

Trace the lines to slice up the Apple.

Grate the Cinnamon!

Drag the Cinnamon left and right against the grater. Click the grater to clean it when too much food builds up.

Mix the Apple Pie!

Trace the lines to mix the Apple Pie.

Sift the Flour!

Shake the sieve back and forth to sift the Flour. Don't go too far or you'll miss the bowl.

Add the Ingredients!

Drag the ingredients into the large bowl. Match the pictures as they're revealed.

Knead the Dough!

Trace the lines to knead the Dough.

Roll the Dough!

Move the rolling pin up-and-down and side-to-side until the dough is the right size.

Make the Apple Pie!

Follow the directions to make the Apple Pie.

Bake the Apple Pie!

Press the correct baking temperature, then press "On". Press "Off" when the meter is in the green zone. Press "Reset" if you enter the wrong temperature.
